House of the Future - "passive house»

Anna Mironova term "passive house" appeared in the Russian vocabulary building just a few years ago. In the passive house energy consumption for heating is minimized by the use of internal heat sources, energy saving technologies and high-performance insulating materials. It should be noted that the concept of a building, do not need a powerful heating system, already found in our country is fertile ground. In fact, the low efficiency of existing buildings and the enormous cost of energy for heating is Russia's source of many economic and social problems. The most obvious reason for that - rates for all types of energy are growing much faster than incomes. In this regard, the task of reducing heating costs is becoming increasingly important for Russian landlords and municipal authorities. On the other hand, the concept of passive houses attracted by the fact that it contains a strong component of environmentally safe. Thanks to the wise use of domestic energy sources and environmentally friendly materials passive house bears no risk of environmental and human health. That is the idea of ??"passive house" developed at the intersection of the growth of environmental consciousness and it is a particular desire to reduce maintenance costs. But as far as it is realizable in the domestic context? Principles and approaches for more than 20 years ago, an American researcher David Orr developed the concept of a building that meets the highest standards of environmental friendliness and energy efficiency. The main components of a passive house are: the use of materials and structures with the highest resistance to heat transfer to reduce unproductive heat loss, the organization forced-air ventilation with energy recovery using heat to heat the exhaust air coming from outside, the use of natural energy sources for heating and hot water (energy sun, wind, thermal underground springs). Beautiful illustration of a passive house is a solar house, which features a large glass area of ??windows on the south side and solar panels on the roof, accumulating energy for domestic needs. Why does without passive house heating? This is made possible thanks to the rational use of heat and energy of the house and its surrounding area.
